Sam Mendez, is a southside Chicago based Illustrator and Designer, who is currently pursuing a BFA in Illustration and Minor In Communication Design. 

 

Sam is currently pursuing a degree at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. Despite her preference for digital illustration, she also likes to work with ceramics, printmaking and photography, frequently incorporating traditional methods in her practices. 

 

She has recently worked freelance and collaborated with clients to design and execute two large-scale murals. She aims to grow her abilities in the advertising industry by always ensuring that her finished artwork reflects the client's vision.
