Sam Mendez is a Chicago-based Illustrator and Designer who is passionate about creating for all audiences to enjoy. She will be graduating with a BFA in Illustration and a minor in Graphic Design in May 2026.

 

Sam aims to develop her skills in the advertising industry by consistently ensuring that her finished artwork accurately reflects the client’s vision. She has worked freelance with companies such as the Milwaukee Pretzel Company and has also successfully designed and executed multiple murals.

 

Outside of her Illustration and Design work, she loves watching movies, taking care of her plants, and spending time with her two younger brothers.
